We recently ordered a kitchen from Eco and absolutely love it. We were supported very nicely by Zaf and Rahul in the planning stage, who came across very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They were very accommodating even when we changed our mind after we had placed the original order and went back to make changes. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and they were adamant on us being happy with the final product. The fitters were also very skilled and experienced. They were very efficient and fit the kitchen quicker than expected and we have had lots of compliments for it from friends and family. I recently had my kitchen fitted by this company and the entire experience was professional from start to finish. They created a detailed plan, helped me choose the perfect kitchen, and got everything booked in smoothly.

The joiners were amazing, they did a mint job with real attention to detail. The finished kitchen is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the workmanship.

Firstly, let me get the elephant that might be in the room for some out of the way.

Eco Home Interiors is a professionally managed business run by Zaf and Rahul. There is nothing in our experience that differentiates  the large kitchen or interior suppliers that dominate the market, possibly through 0% finance schemes from what you will encounter at Eco Home Interiors apart for the personal service a smaller business offers. I don’t think you can WhatsApp a large retailer late in the evening because you have just though of something and get a speedy reply.

Right, back to our kitchen. We have been planning our new kitchen for 5yrs. We were ready to order when COVID put everything on hold. Post COVID lie got in the way until around January this year when picked up where we left it. Keen to get going we rushed back to the retail park near us. We were given the tour and had the different ranges / budget categories settling on the best, not because we had to have the best but because it was the closest fit to what we needed.

South Asian families, possibly all families (I can only speak from experience) need kitchens that can put up with commercial levels of use and we need storage spaces large enough to take the pans we use. The best range at this retailer came closest. It’s only when we sat down to speak about brass tacks when we realised it was the 0% finance that drew us in.

Watching the sales rep struggling to get the size of units we wanted and listening filler panel….this and that, the fitter can cut on site, we’ll provide an additional post…etc dampened our enthusiasm. The deal breaker was the extortionate cost for dry fitting. I know you can get your on fitter but we all have busy lives, you just don’t want the hassle.

We recommenced our search happening across Eco. Long story short we booked in with them. By the end of our appointment with Zaf and Rahul we knew we’d be back, and we were - it was simple – no comfy seat, no 19080’s Friday night game show trying to guess what price the spinning numbers on the big screen would stop at. Simple questions how big what format and what colour.

The materials that Eco manufacture into their kitchens are branded. Could we notice the difference? With some components, yes. But that’s not the point. It’s the assurance this brings.

On our second visit Alan and Paul, Eco’s fitting Team were busy re-fitting the showroom. This gave us an opportunity to speak with them before hand. Again we were reassured we were in safe hands.

Our kitchen and purpose built storage unit was fitted this summer. Are we happy? – absolutely. The kitchen you are looking at has been used and used hard for 2 months with no issues at all. The wall units are pretty much ceiling height and deep enough to take large pans. Zaf, during the planning phase constantly reminded us about balancing our wish list with cost. When plan was set. Zaf and Rahul worked hard to get the best possible balance and not just with the budget but the overall look of the kitchen. Wanting to maximise storage space Eco came up with some clever design – try getting the large retailers to build utility room units as deep as ours and check out the over wall unit over the bin. Also look at the metal inserts in the shelf bracket holes.

I had Eco Home Interiors install a new kitchen in February of this year. I cannot express how impressed I am with the professional manner in which they conducted their business with me.
From Raoul visiting to design the kitchen which is a very limited space  to the kitchen fitter who was also very respectful, efficient and helpful I honestly cannot find fault anywhere.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen! From the initial design consultation to the final installation, the entire process was incredibly quick and efficient. Zaf and Khalid understood my brief and helped redesign the layout of my open plan kitchen - creating a layout that perfectly maximizes space and functionality. The manufacturing was completed in record time, and the quality of the materials is outstanding. Our new kitchen & utility room have been provided by Eco for a second time!. When we moved from Bradford & needed a new kitchen we not only went back to Eco but bought the same units & worktops, as we liked them so much. They are really top quality & different. So thank you Zaff, Rahul & team for all your help once again.
We may be back again, if we decide on a breakfast island.
